Born into the trades, Shane brings 20 years of construction knowledge and experience. As a licensed Class A Contractor and certified residential and commercial IICRC Restorer, he is an expert on Water, Fire/Smoke, Mold, Building Sciences, and Reconstruction. Edward, with over 30 years of experience working on all sides of the claims handling process, has built his expertise in adjusting and estimating and is an expert in insurance policy and coverage interpretation. Their complementary backgrounds give them a unique advantage when navigating the complexities of insurance claims, ensuring no detail is overlooked and no coverage goes untapped.
